2 New To-Do List Techniques

The Old Way Have you ever made yourself a grand to-do list, all pumped up for the day, only to rush around for 9 hours without checking off even half the items? It’s great to have high expectations for yourself, but it’s important to set yourself up for success. When you can’t hit every single item – and let’s be honest, if you’re like me, that list had at least 15 big “to-dos” that you knew would be pushed to tomorrow – you end a hard day feeling both exhausted and deflated. Springtime Feel Good Favourites

My springtime favourites were all about feeling good emotionally. I think they’ll help you too this summer! The Clue app tracked emotional (and physical) highs and lows, lavender candles soothed me to sleep, and nature documentaries enraptured the soul. Finally, a special Youtuber sent me cozy, feel good vibes from across cyberspace. Clue App My first favourite of spring was the Clue app. Every day, I quickly update Clue with how my body feels both emotionally and physically, as well as the experiences I’ve had. So one of my April Favourites was all about skincare. I absolutely adore my new, Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. For the longest time I just switched across moisturizers recommended to me by spas (like Dermalogica), but never found a moisturizer that felt like a treat for my skin. After extensively reading reviews, I decided to splurge (about $30 Canadian) on this Clinique option. The look of

Puppy Yoga Review!!

Your first question: who were the puppies? On April 22, I cuddled not one, not two, but eleven Rottweiler puppies! They were soft and snuggly and had those little beige spots above their eyebrows that all Rottweilers do. How it came to pass Over a month before, I’d seen a (deeply compelling) ad to buy advance tickets to a puppy yoga experience in Toronto. The company puppyyoga.com has hosted several yoga classes with rescue puppies in the Ottawa area, and they were planning special days in Toronto too. The only catch was that they had no date and no location
